According to preliminary statistics, the number of public agencies nationwide has reached 1, 904, 400 during past few years, and its building energy consumption accounts for about 6.19% of the total energy consumption of the whole society, mainly including energy consumption in building envelope, HVAC systems and equipment, lighting and office equipment.
