PAGE 2 NUMPAGES 1 NUMPAGES 1 PAGE PAGE 9 论ERP实施过程中的知识转移 摘要: ERP系统集中信息技术与先进的管理思想于一身，已成为现代企业的运行模式，成功的知识转移是成功实施ERP 的有效保障。本文回顾了国内外理论界有关ERP实施中知识转移问题的研究成果，对知识转移的机理进行了研究，构造出知识转移的模式，并在此基础上，重点从四个方面构建了面向ERP实施的知识转移系统的基本框架，并应用该框架，较为深入地探讨了ERP系统实施过程中从选型阶段、安装调试阶段到系统运行阶段的知识转移和控制模式。 关键词：ERP 知识 知识转移 Abstract:The successful knowledge transference is the effective safeguard for the accomplished implementation of ERP .In this paper, the research achievement is reviewed with relation to the problem of knowledge transference in the in the implementation of ERP. Besides, the incomplete description is pointed out concentrating on knowledge content, knowledge transference, and the characteristics in the present research, and the relevant amendments are put forward. On the basis of all, the paper puts emphasis on constructing the basic structure of knowledge transference system confronted with the implementation of ERP. Moreover, it employs the structure to inquire into deeply knowledge transference and control mode from the sampling stage, installing and regulation stage to the system operating stage in the process of implementing the ERP system.
