The third period
一、Teaching aims:
1.???Have the students to learn these new words: a raincoat / a cheap T-shirt / a thin book / a thick book / Certainly / long / short / young / old / hot / cold / clean / dirty …
2.???Have the students to learn these new sentences: Which one do you want? / Which one do you want, the yellow one or the red one? / How much…? / The short one, please.
3.???Help the students to know how to communications with each other using these new sentences.
二、Key points:
1.???The key points are to teach the students to learn these new words on the class, and let them know how to spell them.
2.???Practice the student’s oral English. So on the class the teacher will help the students to read these new sentences loudly together.
三、Difficult points:
1.???The text of the Part D. This story is too difficult for the students. They can understand this text but they can’t remember it.
2.???To teach the new sentences and want the students to using these new sentences to making a communication with each other freely. For the best students are easy thing; but for the not best students are difficult thing.

Step 1 warming up.
1.The teacher and the students make a greeting with each other.
2.The teacher and the student do the actions when read these words:
Long Long Long, short short short
Thin thin thin, thick thick thick
Young young young, old old old
Hot hot hot, cold cold cold
Then let the class read it together.
Step 2 Presentations.
Ask the class to read the Part D by theirslves. Then to help the class to understand the Part D. And answer some questions:
1.????where are they going?
2.????what are they doing?
3.????which coat she want?
4.????which scarf she want?
