Introduction: The report includes four sections, External environment, Organizational culture, the business strategy and the last one is about change. Strategies and the most appropriate strategy are mentioned. Factors which should be aware in changing the business strategy are also provided. On the other hand, forces for change are presented to prove that why the strategy of the organization has changed over time. Then organizational cultures are described in section two and the role that the management of the organization could play in dealing with the changes. At last, some advices about analyzing a change situation and to overcome any resistance to change are given.
