浅论员工激励机制 摘 要 激励就是通过激发人的动机来诱导人的行为,使其发挥内在潜力,为达到所追求目标而努力。当前国内企业、特别是国有企业对激励的认识上还存在一些误区,在企业激励机制的建设和实施过程中,还存在激励手段单一、平均主义、大锅饭等问题。激励理论模式为我们在管理实践中,区别不同的对象,把握好有效的度和侧重点,运用好激励,提供了重要的理论依据和思想工具。在企业激励机制的建设中,我们应首先审视企业体制,变革体制中影响员工积极性发挥的因素,建立权责明确、精干高效的内部组织构架;需要理论告诉我们,激励应充分考虑人的需要这个因素,在激励机制的建设过程中,我们应深入分析、透彻了解员工的需要,并区别不同层次员工的需要结构,选择不同的激励方式;激励实施过程中,要正确运用奖励手段,注重奖励的公平和实效性;激励机制是一个开放系统,在企业的运行过程中并不是一成不变的,需要企业在实施激励的过程中不断的运用、优化和创新,才能永葆激励机制的活力。在市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,企业应根据实际情况,综合运用多种激励方式,建立起适应企业特色、时代特点和员工需求的开放的激励体系,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败。 关键字: 激励机制;模式;培训 ABSTRACT Motivation is through inspire peoples motivation to induce human behavior,Make it play inner potential, To achieve that goal and diligently.
