肺炎性假瘤误诊为肺癌的HRCT 表现及浅析 【摘要】目的探讨肺炎性假瘤的HRCT 征象，分析其误诊为肺癌的原因，提高 诊断水平。方法 回顾性分析31 例经手术或穿刺活检后病理证实的，之前被误 诊为肺癌的肺炎性假瘤的HRCT 征象，其中18 例行增强扫描。结果 误诊病例中 位于胸膜下17 例，晕征26 例，毛刺征 23 例 分叶征19 例，胸膜增厚21 例， 血管集束征7 例，空泡征4 例，均匀强化13 例，非均匀强化7 例等等。结论 HRCT 对肺内炎性假瘤的诊断有重要价值，但全面综合分析CT 表现并结合临床 病史有助于正确诊断。 【关键词】肺炎性假瘤肺癌 HRCT 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the HRCT characteristics of pulmonary inflammatory pseudo-tumor and the causes of misdiagnosed as lung cancer.
