StucliesonMechanismandHarmfulnessofHolsteindairysocialbunchingbehaviourharassedbythedipteraAbstractThestudyfocusonthethehannfulnessofdipterauponHolsteindai巧lintheextensiveadministrationandthemechanismoftheharrnfulnessfrombeha飞llour neuroendocrineandimmunitytheexperimentdividedintofOllrpartsThefirstpartoftheexperimentstudiedthevariationofthespeciesandnllmberofthedipterawithseasonalchangandthevariationofthedipteraofadayinprevelence.theexperimentaldayswas6-15dayseverymonthfrom2009ApriltoOctomberandthereweresevenexperimentalperiodsinalLTheenvironmentaltemperatureandhumidityofthefannwasrecordedeighttimesadayatdifferenttimeandatthesametimedipterawerecollectedbythewayofthesamemancollectinginthefixedlocationinSunriseRanchintheInnerMongolia.TheresllltsshowthatthenumberandspeciesofDipterainthefanηvaryeverymonthfromApitoOctandthespeciesofdipteramainlyincludedfliesand mosquitoes，but flieswere predominated andmainly consisted ofhousefliesandstableflies.ThenumberofDipteraandthehousefliespeakedinJune AugustandSeptemberandthestablef1iespeakedinSeptember.TheDipteta\overeactivefrom8:00to17:00ofadayintheprevalenceThesecondpartofexperimentstudieddairy socialbunchingbeha飞liourharassedbythediptera.ThispartoftheexperimentSynchronizedwith the first part of theexperiment and adopted completely randomized experimental design influenced by thesinglefactor. Intennsofmilkyield andparity beingsimilar，12(about4yearsold)healthylactatingcowsofdifferentlactatingstagewereselected.TheDiptera numbeinvadeddairyandthedefencebehaviOllrofthedairycow飞IereobservedthollghthemethodofthenakedeyeandtheCameraTheresultsshowedthatthedairycowsweresufferedseriouslyfromdipteraonJuneAu部1StandSeptemberandthenllmberofdiptera(nllmber/20min)attackeddairysignificantlyhigherthanJulyandOctomber(P0.05)，highlysignificantlyhigherthanMay(P0.01)，thepeakofthehOllsenumberinvadeddairywasinjlllyJlIneandAugustinthatthenumberofthejulywassignificantlyhigherthanjllne(P0.05)andnotsignificantlyhigherthaninAugust(P0.05).Thenumberofstablefl
