Afterpreliminarytest,correctprovisionoftheoverallcorrelationcoefficientandinternal consistencyreliabilityanalysis,compensationequityofquestionnaire,perceived organizationalsupportofquestionnaireandemployeeaccountabilityofquestionnaireabout SMEsofficestaffhasbeenrevised.Fourdimensionsofcompensationequity,whichare faimessofdistributionresults,fairnessofprocedureimplementation,fairnessofleadership evaluationandfairnessofinformationprovisionhasbeenobainedbychiefcomponents analysisandexploratoryfactorana??ysis.employeeaccountabilityconsistsoffour dimensions,respectively,dedication,helpful,deligent,successandperceivedorganizational supportofhighinternalconsistencyandone—dimensionalnature. Inofficialstudy,thisresearchadoptedfollowingways:collectingdatabyusing questionnaire,selectingparticipantsastheofficestaffrandomly,takingexploratoryfactor analysis、independentsamplesTtestfordatawithSPSSnl6.0software,ANOVA,person correlationanalysis,linearregressionanalysis,multipleregressionandtheverificationof mediatingeffect.Analysisaboutimpactsofstaffcharacteristicvariablesshowsthatstaff position,education,professiontype,firmsizeandworkingtimehavesignificantimpactsin theperceivedorganizationalsupport.Levelabouteducationofemployeesandprofession typehavesignificantimpactsinunitingtohelpothers.Professiontypeofemployeesand firmsizehavesignificanceimpactsindiligenceandmorality.Fairnessofleadership assessmentandfairnessofsalaryprocedureenforcementhavesignificantimpactsin diligence.Salaryprocedureenforcementhassignificantimpactsinunitingtohelpothers.
