初步探讨交感型颈椎病的手术疗效 quanzx18@126.com 〖摘要〗目的 探讨交感型颈椎病手术治疗的效果。方法 回顾性本组例交感型颈椎病的手术疗男例女 例男女比4:7 ,年龄年龄～术前例均示不稳感神经症状包括：头痛、眩晕、恶心呕吐、耳鸣、视物模糊、心慌、记忆力下降、心动过速或心动过缓或早搏等心电图异常、胃肠道症状、面部潮红、汗等。交感神经症状评价采用20分评分法及于泽生等的患者主观满意度评定法优、良、、差4个等。结果 患者均获随访，时间个月，术前交感症状评分～分术后～分；t检验,具有统计学意义（P＜0.05) ；患者主观满意度：优例，良例，中例，差例。术后X线均显示植骨融合。结论 颈椎间盘退变是不稳的基础，颈椎不稳交感型颈椎病的重要因素手术治疗退性颈椎不稳所致的交感型颈椎病有良好的疗效。 〖关键词〗颈椎病；颈椎不稳；交感系统；手术治疗 Preliminary study of surgery management of the sympathetic cervical spondylosis Zhong Weiyang, Quan Zhengxue,(department of Orthopaedics ,the first affiliated hospital,Chongqing Medical University ,Chongqing ,400016,China ) 〖Abstract〗Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment of the sympathetic cervical spondylosis. Methods 22 cases of sympathetic cervical spondylosis ,8 males and 14 females, (M:F=4:7) , were studied restropectively with age of 42-76 years, median age of 59.68 ± 9.75 years .Their courses of disease are from 12 to 120 months with the average of 30.73 ± 31.60 months. All the cases have shown that cervical instability in the X ray, and the sympathetic symptoms include: dizziness、headache、 vertigo、 nausea、 vomiting、 tinnitus、 blurred vision、 nervousness、 memory loss、tachycardia or bradycardia or premature beats and other ECG abnormalities、 gastrointestinal symptoms、 facial flushing、 sweating and so on. Sympathetic symptoms were evaluated by the 20 points score and by subjective patient satisfaction assessment( 4 grades :excellent、good、 fair、 poor). Results All patients were followed up for 5-43 months ,the average are 19.33 ± 12.97 months, preoperative sympathetic symptoms of 20 score are 3 to 8 points ,with the average of 5.09 ± 1.95 points; comparing 0-2 minutes postoperatively, on average of 0.64 ± 0.65 points; there is statistical significance (P 0.05) by t test ,and the results of subjective patient satisfaction assessment are: excellent in 13 cases, good in 6 cases, fair in 2 cases and poor in 1 case, and excellent rate of 86.4%.
