摘 要 随着计算机技术的发展，计算机的应用越来越普及，人们获取与保存信息的方式已经发生了激动人心的转变。通过计算机管理信息正在逐步融入我们的生活，并影响和改变着我们的生活。由于现在计算机普遍的使用，使得人们在管理、应用及服务等各个领域使用数据方面变得更加简洁，更加方便，大大提高了工作效率。 本论文首先对物业管理系统的设计与实现进行了需求分析，从系统开发环境、系统分析、设计流程、功能设计等几个方面进行系统的总体设计，使用JSP开发语言，MYSQL数据库设计了物业管理系统的设计与实现，本系统主要分为管理员和业主两个用户角色，业主可以查看网站首页，系统公告，留言反馈，登录后能够查看我的信息，查看我的费用以及我的报修管理；管理员登录后注意功能有修改登录密码，公告信息管理，小区介绍管理，楼盘信息管理，业主信息管理，报修管理，留言反馈管理，实现了对小区物业的管理体系。通过对系统的功能进行测试，测试结果证明该系统界面友好、功能完善，有着较高的使用价值，具有庞大的潜在用户群体和较广阔的应用前景。 关键词： 物业管理系统，JSP开发语言，MYSQL数据库 Abstract With the development of computer technology, the application of computers has become more and more popular, and the way people obtain and save information has undergone an exciting transformation.
