In order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprise and the organization to keep activity in long term, To survive and development in the fierce competition market. The BPR was applied by more and more company. But for long time, mostly the enterprise neglected the innovation of corporate culture and employee to change their idea that result in did not to achieve the expected or countered failure. The proposer of BPR theory that is Michael Hamme said that Fifty percent to seventy of all did not achieve the desired results Or fail in the application of BPR in Enterprises. The main reason is the reengineering of personnel and organizational nature produced side effect. It is the neglect of the human factors that is innovation of corporate culture. After introduces the basic research of the relationship of the innovation of corporate culture and BPR. This paper takes haier group as an example, and then explores the relationship between them through the enlighten of haier group to Chinese company. At the same time ,through the development of the haier culture and the analysis of the BPR concepts to provide some enlightenment for the enterprise of our country .
