摘要 随着社会的飞速发展、技术的不断进步、人们生活水平的提高，以及人们消费意识和生活方式的改变，现代产品在设计时越来越注重用户体验和客户感受。“满足客户需求”已经成为现代产品设计的基本原则。汽车作为常见的产品，不再是简单的的运输手段，而成为了反映人们的性格，身份，品味，思想的载体。现在，对汽车的认识早已不再是有四个轮子的会运动的外壳。人们越来越希望汽车的每一处设计都能够体现人文关怀。 方向盘是汽车组成中的重要部分。方向盘的设计是汽车人性化设计的一个缩影。方向盘的造型、尺寸以及功能键要符合人因工程学的设计；大小、色彩等要符合消费心理学和设计美学的原则；方向盘的个体设计又要和汽车的总体设计风格相呼应。 本文以汽车方向盘为研究对象，对方向盘的人因设计的概念、发展、方法以及实际设计进行了整理、分析并做了总结。重点研究当前已有的汽车方向盘的人因设计的成果和问题，通过对现存的问题的分析，探讨进行汽车方向盘的优化人因设计的方案，提出方向盘人因设计的发展趋势。综合人因工程的方法和其他设计原理，对汽车使用者的各种情况进行数理统计、分析研究并对方向盘的多个构造方面进行人因设计，找出更能适应使用者的设计。 关键词：方向盘，人因设计，人因工程，智能系统Abstract With the rapid development of society, technology continues to progress, peoples living standards improve, as well as consumer awareness and lifestyle changes, modern product design is increasingly focused on humane care and respect for the user. To meet peoples needs is the basic starting point of the product design. The car is no longer a simple means of transport, the carrier made ??in order to reflect the peoples character, identity, taste, thought. Now, the understanding of the car is no longer four wheels will be the movement of the shell. More and more user-friendly design gives the car more economic and cultural implications. There is growing hope that the car every design are the humane care. The steering wheel is an important part of the vehicle composition. The design of the steering wheel is a microcosm of the car user-friendly design. Steering wheel shape, size, and function keys to meet the engineering design; size, color, etc. To meet the requirements of design psychology and design aesthetics; the steering wheel again and the cars overall design style echoes. These areas should be standing on the users point of view to consider the design. On the steering wheel being the concept of the design, This article organize and analyze the steering wheel’s development, methods, and the actual design and do a summary. Focus on current achievements and problems of the existing car steering wheel design, solutions to existing problems, car
