本科毕业论文 题目： 学 院: 材料与冶金学院 专 业: 无机非金属材料工程 学 号: 学生姓名: 指导教师: 日 期:  摘 要 水泥回转窑窑口耐火材料浇注料常因热剥落和碱侵蚀引起的结构剥落而影响回转窑的正常运行。为了延长水泥回转窑的使用寿命和工作周期，本研究论文对水泥窑窑口用修补料进行了初步研究，以期为进一步的深入研究打下良好的基础。 本文通过对国内外文献资料的查询，归纳综述了水泥窑窑口用喷涂料的使用条件、性能要求及存在的问题，并在学校实验室应用颗粒最紧密堆积原理并采用EMMA mix analyzer程序设计了多种不同的喷涂料配比，在郑州汇特耐火材料有限公司进行实验，并以莫来石、南非红柱石、Secar71水泥、活性氧化铝微粉、氧化硅微粉、α-Al2O3微粉、固体水玻璃粉和广西白泥等为原料，进行了实验研究，在企业科研所的实验室制备出了相应的水泥窑窑口喷涂料，研究了Secar71水泥得出如下最佳配比： SiO2微粉和α-Al2O3微粉分别加入量为3.5%和4.5%，同时加入Secar71水泥6%和广西白泥量为7.5%时，喷涂料的综合性能最佳；加水量约为15%时， 关键词： 水泥窑窑口； 喷涂料； 粘结剂； 莫来石 Abstract Due to the thermal spalling and alkali corrosion when the cement rotary kilneye uses castable refractory，the spalling of the structure affect the normal operation of the rotary kiln. In order to prolong the service life and the worktime of cement rotary kiln, research the cement kiln repair material at a preliminary level, to a lay a good foundation for a period of further study. The thesis is based on literatures home and aboard and sum up the conditions of use, performance requirements and existing problems when the cement kilneye uses gunning refractories. Besides, in the school laboratory, we designed kinds of different ratios of gunning refractories according to the theory of high packing and EMMA mix analyzer program. When we did the experiment at Hui Te Fire-material Incorporated Company in Zheng Zhou, we used Hunan Calvin creek M60 mullite, South Africa andalusite, Secar71 cement, activated alumina micro powder, oxidation silicon micro powder, alpha Al2O3 micro powder, solid water superfine glass powder and guangxi and white clay as raw materials. We prepared the corresponding gunning refractories of cement kilneye and then studied how the addition amount of the Secar71 cement, Guangxi white clay, silicon micro powder, etc, affects the rate and strength,etc, of the sample line.
