However, when the “three-parent technique” brought a new hope to those unfortunate families, it also aroused a sequence of ethical issues such as technical risk, abuse of technology, undermining fairness and justice, disregarding responsibilities, desecrating lives, threatening the survival of later generations and so on. From the perspective of gene therapy, this article made an ethical analysis on the problems and risks that the implementation of the technique might cause, and discussed the basic ethical principles people should follow when studying and using the “three-parent technique” in the future. Keywords three-parent technique; gene therapy; medical ethics 【 】 【摘 要】 “三亲育子”技术的运用可以减少某些严重遗传性疾病的患病风险，帮助受线粒体遗传疾病困扰的家庭 生育健康后代。但“三亲育子”技术在给受困家庭带来希望的同时，也引发了如技术风险、技术滥用、破坏公平、 漠视责任、亵渎生命、危及后代生存等一系列伦理问题。本文从基因治疗的视角，对“三亲育子”技术的潜在风险 进行伦理分析，并探讨在研究和运用“三亲育子”技术时应遵循的伦理原则。 【关键词】 三亲育子；基因治疗；医学伦理 【中图分类号】R-052；R617 【文献标志码】 A
