毕业设计（论文） （ 级） 题 目 系 别 专 业 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 企业债务重组问题研究 摘 要 如今我国市场经济的不断发展，确实为企业的生存与发展提供了越来越宽广的空间，但是也使企业的竞争越来越激烈。近几年来，我国有很多企业遇到债务重组的问题，企业债务重组也逐渐引起人们的重视。文章就企业债务重组进行探讨，例如企业的债务重组政策问题，企业对债务重组的态度，企业债务重组中重组损益和会计处理问题等等，并且通过对企业债务重组现状的分析和对这几个问题进行论述,提出了一些解决方法，如完善债务重组政策，企业债务重组准则的完善等等。这样可使企业减轻负担，逐步发展起来。 关键词:企业；债务重组；市场经济；  Enterprise debt restructuring issues research Abstract The continuous development of market economy in our country nowadays, indeed for the survival and development of the enterprise provides more and more broad space, but also make the enterprise more competitive.In recent years, our country has a lot of enterprises encounter the problems of debt restructuring, business restructuring also gradually aroused peoples attention.Article discusses its corporate debt restructuring, corporate debt restructuring policy issues, for example, enterprises attitude toward debt restructuring, corporate debt restructuring in the profit or loss for the restructuring and accounting problems, etc., and through analyzing the current situation of enterprise debt restructuring and discussed on those questions and proposes some solutions, such as debt restructuring policies, the improvement of the corporate debt restructuring guidelines and so on.This can make the burden on enterprises, gradually developed.
