毕业设计（论文） 基于SSH框架的企业客户信息管理系统的研究和实现 院 别 经贸学院 专业名称 班级学号 学生姓名 指导教师 年 月 日 摘 要 首先，需要对客户信息系统进行需求分析，针对企业对业务开展的情况设计整体系统的业务流程，流程中所涉及的角色转化成为系统中的用例，接着分析每类用户在系统中需要满足的功能需求。其次，分析系统实现需要满足的环境需求。通过总结上述的需求分析之后，就能够建立客户信息系统的数据需求。 其次，针对业务功能模块、功能流程、应用层次进行设计，对企业客户信息系统的总体结构进行分析与设计，依据系统需求内容，设计了关于客户信息管理业务的操作功能；同时，根据需求流程建立了客户信息管理系统的数据库并详细设计了数据库表的内容。 最后，分别就设计与实现的系统模块有：注册登录模块、业务办理模块、业务受理模块、报表查询模块，针对功能业务模块，设计了管理的页面、操作代码与操作流程，从而完成了企业客户信息管理的业务功能实现。通过系统的测试与分析，如数据添加、数据查询、数据删除等操作功能运行稳定。 总之，客户信息管理系统紧密围绕客户管理理论研发，通过系统将客户管理以及分析有机的结合到一体。客户信息系统的开发，在企业信息化建设方面有着不可忽视的地位。 关键词： Research and Implementation of Enterprise Customer Information Management System Based on the Struts + Spring + Hibernate Framework Abstract With the development of economy and technology, the development of globalization and information technology become faster and faster, there are a growing number of corporate customers. That makes us to update our concepts and thinking mode constantly. All previous records of customer information management are written down on papers, now this way already cannot adapt to the demand of The Times. Therefore, customer information management being digitization and informationization is inevitable. In Java language environment, I would use Struts2.1 + Spring3.0 + Hibernate3.3 composite framework technology and Mysql database for data processing for reaching the customer information systems. First, I need to analyze the needs of customer information system, in view of the whole system design of the enterprise business process, I would translate the role of the system into the use cases when processing. Then I analyzed each type of user in the system whose functional requirements needed to be met. Moreover, I thought about environmental requirements before I finish analysis of system.
