毕业设计说明书 题 目： ——功能结构分析 姓 名：学 号： 指 导 教 师： 专 业 年 级：所在学院系：完 成 日 期：答 辩 日 期：  摘 要 常州市新北区商业中心是常州市区域级商业中心，区域级商业中心是介于市级和社区级商业中心之间的商圈，是指商业中度集聚、经营服务功能比较完善、服务范围为广域型的地区商业中心和集聚区。商业中心一般布置在通达性较好的地区，主要提供中档次的购物、消费、服务用品，确保满足区域内居民的购物、餐饮、休闲、娱乐和商务活动需要。 本次规划设计的主要功能有贸易、商务、办公金融区和商业服务区。 本次规划设计主要依据为常州市总体规划和常州市新北区十二五规划，在新北区北部新城片区域做商业中心区划，主要任务为规划道路交通、建筑群、开放空间等。 本设计的主要内容依据为新北区的发展、历史、现状、区位，在规划区域内主要规划设计商业服务建筑办公、金融、商务建筑，主要满足规划区域内购物、服务、消费和办公的需求；并在规划区域内布置喷泉、花坛、花架、雕塑、休息座椅等，创造了良好的环境，完善商业中心的功能需求。 关键词：常州市新北区，商业中心，商业贸易，商业服务，商务办公金融 ABSTRACT Changzhou New District commercial centr of Changzhou City,the regional level commercial centre, the regional-level commercial center between the business district between the municipal and community levels commercial center, refers to commercial moderate gathering, business service functions, the scope of services VAN-based regional commercial centers and parks.
