民族地区贫困村寨参与式发展的人类学考察 　　【摘 要】 文章在梳理龙脊古壮寨社区历史和现状的基础上,探讨了民族地区贫困村寨的参与式发展问题,认为整体贫困制约着龙脊村民自主参与古壮寨旅游开发,社区主体居民参与程度不够,非物态的当地社区文化和民族传统文化展示较少,龙脊古壮寨旅游开发中社区参与的可能路径是延伸民族地区乡村生态旅游产业链,消化农闲时的农村富余劳动力,提升贫困地区农村社区自主发展能力,促进经济发展与文化传承的良性互动,现代生产与传统技术的有机结合,全球文化协商与地方性传统生态知识的和谐共生。 　　【关键词】 民族地区;贫困村寨;旅游开发;社区参与;个案研究 　　【作 者】 廖杨,民族学博士后,华南农业大学公共管理学院教授。广州五山,510642。 　　【中图分类号】 C912.4 【文献标识码】 A【文章编号】 1004-454X(2010)01-0045-006 　　 　　Participative Development of a Poverty-stricken Village in Chinese Ethnic Area 　　――A Case Study of Community Participation in Tourism Development of the Older Zhuang Village of Longji, Longsheng Each Ethnic Autonomous County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region 　　Liao Yang 　　Abstract: Based on the combing history and status of the Older Zhuang Village of Longji, the author discuss the problem of the participative development of a poverty-stricken village in chinese ethnic area, and hold that the whole poverty constraints villagers autonomously participate in the tourism development of the Older Zhuang Village of Longji, the participative degree of the main part of community residents is not full, un-substance community culture and ethnic traditional culture are less shown, the probable way of villagers participate tourism development in the Older Zhuang Village of Longji are following: extend the eco-tourism industrial chain in ethnic village, assimilate rural surplus labour in slack season, promote village development ability in poverty-stricken community decide for themselves, promote benign interaction between economic development and cultural transmission, organic conformity modern produce and traditional technology, harmonious coexist global cultural consult and local traditional eco-knowledge. 　　Key words: ethnic area; poverty-stricken village; participative development; the Older Zhuang Village of Longji; tourism development; community participation; case study 　　 　　传统乡村社区发展问题是人类学关注的重要领域。旅游场景下的贫困乡村社区如何参与发展,如今越来越受到人们的关注。尽管人们对“参与”的含义有各种不同的理解,但基本认同“赋权”是参与式发展的核心理念,
