With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, a large number of business contracts are transmitted among people speaking different languages. Therefore, the translation of business contracts plays a critical role in business and trade activities. However, the translation of business contract or agreement in China is not so good: the Chinese versions of many English business contracts are not easy to read for there are many “Europeanized” Chinese sentences in the translation version, and there even are some incorrect expressions.
