ABSTRACTObjective:Infantilehemangiomaisthemostcommonbenigntumorofchildren,which causeseriousdamagetochildrensphysicalandmentalhealth.Inrecentyears propranololgraduallyusedtotreatthedisease,whilethemechanismisnotclear.Angiotensin1-7isoneofRassystemmemberasakindofantitumorsmallmolecularpeptide.Ithasacloserelationshiptotumorangiogenesisandcellproliferation.Basedonourgroup’spreviouseresearchaboutthecorrelationbetween Rassystemandhemangioma,thistopicwasproposedbythefollowingtwopartsto studypreliminarilyAng1-7’sroleduringthecourseofIHformthegrowthtotheregression,eitherinnatural courseortreatedbypropranolol.1.Inclinicalstudy:theplasmaAng1-7levelswasdetectedinthenaturalcourseofthediseaseinchildrenwithIHandpropranololtreatmentgroupIHchildrenatdifferenttime points (rapidproliferation period andrecessionperiod), exploretheroleofplasmaAng1-7levelswiththecorrelationofIHtumorsgrowth.2.Invitro experiments:invitrocultureEOMAcellsandhumanumbilicalveinendothelialcells (HUVEC).(1)exogenousAng1-7’seffectsonHUVEC,EOMAcellproliferation;(2) theinfluenceonHUVEC,EOMAcells’secretionsofAng1-7whentreatedby propranolol.Methods:Thisstudyincludesclinicalcomparativeprospectivestudyandlabstudy.一、Clinicalstudy1, Thepatientsinvolvedinthestudyweredividedintonon-hemangiomaandIH groups.Accordingtowhetheroralpropranololtreatmentwasnecessaryornot, patientsinIHgroupweredividedintoNatural coursegroupandtreatmentgroup;2,AllpatientsplasmaAng1-7levelswere detectedbyELISA.二、In vitrostudy1,EOMA,HUVECcellculture.2,EOMA、HUVECcellswereexposedbyvarying concentrationsofpropranolol（0μM,25μM,50μM,100μM）for6,12and24hours.supernatantAng1-7levels weredetectedbyELISA.3,EOMA,HUVECcellswereexposedtovaryingconcentrationsofexogenous Ang1-7（0μM,0.1μM,1μM,10μM,100μM）for48hours.CellproliferationwasanalizedbyMTTassay.Results:一、Clinicalstudy1,Inhealthyinfants,theirplasmaAng1-7levelincreasedslightlywithage,butdidnot reachstatisticalsignificance,P0.05;secondly,the differenceofplasmaAng1-7levelbetweenthesexesalsohadnostatisticalsigni
