This thesis has conducted the thorough research on the demand planning improvement of A company.Based on the advanced demand planning management study, combined with theoretical knowledge, the thesis establishes A companys demand planning management process based on supply chain operation characteristics, sets up perfect demand planning system, defines the relevant functional departments’ responsibility, straightens out demand planninginformation flow, systematically improve A companies’ demand planning management. At the same time, constantly optimize training and implementation process, and put demand planning key performance indicators into functional departments’ appraisal system, in order to ensure the best implementation of demand planning process.The thesis chooses demand planning mathematic technology according to long, short-term demand plan.
