优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 Abstract In recent years, International Building Information Modeling usage has grown rapidly since advanced, while there are still a lot of limitations for BIM application. In order to get the value of BIM and promote the use of BIM, the evaluation of benefits of BIM is needed. Firstly, on the analysis of the application and research of BIM in China and abroad, it is found that the study on benefits of BIM is vitally important for the development of construction industry. Secondly, according to the existing research scholars about the benefits evaluation of BIM, this thesis organizes and optimizes the indicators of BIM benefits including finance, production, management, organization and strategy. What is more, the evaluation criterias set by business evaluation theory for various participants of different construction. Finally, a corresponding empirical study of steel production in bridege engineering is given to verify the rationality of the evaluation system. Based on the production crafts of previous steel box girder, this thesis optimizes the production process by using BIM. The conclusion of significant benefits of BIM is get by measuring the return on investment ratio, analyzing products, organization, management and strategy benefits of the production improvement. It could be used to decision and evaluation of BIM in construction by the proposed evaluation system of BIM benefits for various participant in different project phases. While the research on quantities of BIM empirical data, direct benefits, especially the intangible costs and benefits should do in the future.
