betweenthetwogroups.Allthecasesweregroupedaccordingtothebiopsymethods,thesizeof lesions,thepuncturedepth,thelocationofleisions,thencomparedthecomplicationratebetweengroups.Whenallthecaseswasgroupedaccordingtothebiopsy methods,thepositiveratewasdifferentbetweentwogroup.Binarylogisticregressionanalysisdemonstratedthatbiopsymethodswerethefactorwhichmayinfluencethepositiverate.Allthecasesweregroupedaccordingtothebiopsymethods,thesizeof lesions,thepuncturedepth,thelocationofleisions,thencomparedthecomplicationratebetweengroups.Whenallthecaseswasgroupedaccordingtothepuncturedepth,thecomplicationratewasdifferentbetweentwogroup.Binarylogisticregressionanalysisdemonstratedthatthepuncturedepthwerethefactorwhichmayinfluencethecomplicationrate.Thereare16cases(18fociof15patients)ofradiofrequencyablationoflungnodules.The success rate of pancture was 100% in 18 foci.12 cases hadcomplications，includingpneumothoraxin2(allwerenotrequiringaspirationorthoraciccloseddrainage），hemoptysisin2,andchestpainin7.Theaccumulatedsurvivalrateat6month,1year,2yearwasrespectively100.0%，66.0%，66.0%.Inthefirstassessmentof15fociwhichhadimagingrecordduringthefollow-upperiod，thetotalresponserateis53.33%(8/15).Themeanaccumulateddoseandmeaneffectivedoseofradiofrequencyablationoflungnoduleswasrespectively187.62±108.46mGy、5.50±3.31mSv,whichwerehigherthantraditionalmethodgroupandimprovedmethodgroupoflungbiopsy.Conclusion1.C-armCTistheresultofintegrationofanumberofinformationalsystems,which can simplify and improve traditional diagnostic and therapeuticprocess，bringoperatorrichinformationofguidingofpunctureandmonitoringandevaluationofoperation,sharplyincreasetheaccuracyoflungbiopsyandthesuccess rateofradiofrequencyablationoflungnodules.Ithasimportantclinicalapplicationvalue。2.WhenundertheguidanceofC-armCTtoperformlungbiopsyandradiofrequencyablationoflungnodules，weshouldtrytodecreaseoperation-relatedradiation dosage and the complication rate on the basis of ensuring successfulpuncture.Key wordsC-armCT
