However, there are also some problems and shortages in the HIV/AIDS ME work in these five nations, which include: (1) Human capacity for HIV/AIDS ME calls for improvement; (2) Laggard in rear services and supports; (3) Needed refinement on national annual HIV/AIDS ME work plan in those nations with HIV/AIDS budgetary;(4) Insufficient in advocacy and communication for HIV/AIDS ME.Conclusion: There are plenty of successful practices and experiences in HIV/AIDS Monitoring and Evaluation ME in African countries, which can be learned by China.
