摘要作为生态旅游首要形式的森林生态旅游已成为当今世界旅游业发展的热点 与潮流,但由于长期以来的传统大众旅游发展模式所带来的诸多问题日益显现, 贵州森林旅游业面临进一步发展的困境。森林生态旅游作为具有多种良好功能的 一种可持续旅游的新型形式，是贵州省森林旅游业实现可持续发展的必然选择。 本文是建立在国内外已有的相关研究基础之上，运用系统理论、可持续发展 理论和生态伦理理论，建立一个森林生态旅游可持续发展评价指标体系，并以茂 兰自然保护区为个案对贵州省森林生态旅游可持续发展进行系统的研究，以期得出一些具有实践意义的政策建议。 文章主要框架安排是：首先对贵州省森林生态旅游可持续发展的现状及存在的问题、制约因素及面临的机遇与挑战进行全面的分析。其次对贵州省森林生态 旅游可持续发展的理论进行探析。主要内容是对贵州省森林生态旅游可持续发展 的动力系统和驱动因子进行分析，并在此基础上构建贵州省森林生态旅游可持续 发展的评价指标体系。再次，对评价指标体系进行验证与实证分析。本文以贵州 省茂兰自然保护区为个案，对评价指标体系进行检验，结果发现茂兰自然保护区 森林生态旅游可持续发展的状态为良。最后，提出贵州省森林生态旅游实现可持 续发展的路径选择及对策建议。关键词：贵州省森林生态旅游可持续发展动力机制评价指标体系AbstractThe forest eco-tourism as the eco-tourism most important form has become the world tourism development hot spot and the trend. But sinece the problems incurred for long by the traditional development model of mass tourism are popping up, the Guizhou forest tourism is facing with the difficult position which further develops. As a new model for tourism sustainable development,the forest eco-tourism is the Guizhou Province forest tourism which realizes sustainable development inevitably choice with its multi-functions.Based on the relevant research and practices on eco-tourism at home and abroad, the paper applies to systems theory, sustainable development and eco-ethical theory, to establish a forest ecotourism sustainable development evaluation indices system, and a case study is made on Maolan nature reserve in Guizhou province about forest ecotourism sustainable development evaluation indices system, in order to arrive at some practical policy recommendations.The article mainly framework arrangement is: first of all on forest ecological sustainable development of tourism and its problems, constraints and opportunities for comprehensive analysis. Secondly on the theory of ecotourism and sustainable development . The main content is the forest ecotourism sustainable development of the driving mechanism and factors for analysis in Guizhou province, and building upon the forest ecotourism evaluation indices system.
