AbstractInthispaper,themainjobistoinvestigatearray antennamutual couplingerrorself-correctionalgorithmofcross-shapedantennaarray.Intheconditionofstableenvironment,thinantenna,andcorrectcalculate,themutualcouplingcoefficientsestimatedbytheranklossofself-correctionalgorithmcanbecomparedwiththemutualcouplingcoefficientscalculatedbythemutualerrorcorrectionalgorithmcombiningequivalentnetworkandtheinducedelectromotiveforce.Withacertainsignal-to-noiseratio,mutualcouplingerrorofarrayantennacanbecorrectedwellintime byusingtheranklossofself-correctionalgorithm.Themainjobsofthisarticleareasfollows:Firstly,themathematicalmodel ofDOAandthetheoryoftheclassicmultiplesignalclassification(MUSIC)algorithmareintroduced.Bythemeansofexperimentalsimulation,howsnapshots,signal-to-noiseratio,thenumberofincidentsignalsandcoherentsituationofsignalsaffectthespatialspectrumofthearrayantennaisdicussed toanalyzethemeasurestoimpoveDOAperformance.Followedby,thispaperleadsthemutualerrorcorrectionalgorithmcombiningequivalentnetworkandtheinduced electromotiveforceandtheranklossof self-correctionalgorithmafterthemathematicalmodelof arrayantennamutualcouplingerrorisintroduced.Throughsimulation,howthemutualcouplingerrorsofdifferentarrayelementspacingaffectarrayantennaperformaceofarrayantennaperformanceis disscussed.Byanalyingtheexperimentalfiguresanddatas,algorthimaccuracyandcomplexityoftwo algorithmsarecompared.Finally,intermsofarraystructurecomplexity,angleestimationrangeandresolution,theadvantages anddisadvantages of various arrayantennastructures arecompared.Thematrixandthereduced-rankmethodisusedtocrossarray antenna,throughsimulation,analyzethespatialspectrumofthetheantennaarraychanginginthesamesnapshotsofdifferentsignal ratioandinthesame signal-to-noise ratioofdifferentsnapshots.Thensummarize howthedevitionbetweenmutualcouplingcofeeiciententimatedbytheranklossofself-correctionalgorithmandthetruevaluechangeswithsnapshotsandsingal-to-noiseratio.Key words: cross array antenna, the induced electromoti
