摘要随着公路交通基础设施网络规模扩大，对公路日常养护巡查管理系统信息化程度要求不断增加。在公路日常养护巡查管理系统中，需要方便快速地获取公路路况及相关的信息，为管理系统提供原始资料，以便作为管理系统决策的依据。本文研究开发的基于 PDA 平台的便携式路况采集系统可以满足这样的需要。论文综述了目前公路养护管理系统的研究现状，分析了公路养护管理系统对信息化的要求及系统的总体构成。针对信息获取最底层的实现问题，提出了采用基于 PDA 平台的便携式路况采集仪器的解决方案。论文通过对 PDA 硬件平台的分析，选择了 QSD8250 芯片作为实现便携式路况采集系统的硬件基础；分析比较了目前智能手机所采用的几种嵌入式操作系统的特点，结合便携式路况采集系统软件编程的需求，确定采用 Windows Mobile 操作系统；讨论了 PDA 平台软件结构及开发流程，进行了便携式路况采集系统软件的总体设计；以公路日常养护系统对路况信息采集内容的实际要求为依据，分析设计了其各个子系统的具体实现方案及编程。路况实际检测实验表明，基于 PDA 平台的便携式路况采集系统，可以有效地通过对路况及路面、桥梁、交通设施病害数据的检测，并利用 3G 无线网络发送到公路养护管理系统的服务器中。该子系统能够同后台服务器上运行的公路日常养护巡查系统实现很好的数据交互，并通过功能的配合，实现便捷、有效的养护管理作业。关键词： WebGIS，PDA，便携式，公路养护，路况检测，信息采集AbstractWith the expansion of the highway transportation infrastructure network, the requirements of the degree of information on road routine maintenance inspection management system is increasing. We need quick and easy access to traffic and related information from the road routine maintenance inspection management system to provide raw data as the basis for management decisions. Portable traffic acquisition system based on PDA platforms developed by this article can meet this need.This paper summarizes the research status of the road maintenance management system, analyzes road maintenance management system for information technology requirements and overall composition. For access to information underlying implementation problems, propose solutions which is portable traffic acquisition instrument based on the PDA platform.By analysis of the PDA hardware platform , select the QSD8250 chip as the hardware basis of the Portable traffic acquisition system; The analysis and comparison of the characteristics of several smart phone embedded operating system, combined with the software programming needs of portable traffic acquisition system, determined using the Windows Mobile operating system; Discuss the software architecture and development process of PDA platform, and make the overall design of portable traffic acquisition system softwa
