摘要灌区现代化的管理是获得灌区系统的最优运行、充分发挥工程效益的重要措施之一。要实现灌区管理的现代化，就要十分注意利用具有先进意义的实现手段与途径，实现灌区管理所需信息的采集、传输、存储、处理与分析的现代化与自动化。因此，引入网络、数据库等现代信息技术手段，建立基于Web 的灌区信息化管理系统对灌区进行统一、高效的管理对提高灌区管理水平具有十分重要的现实意义。本文详细研究了基于Web 的灌区信息化管理系统的设计思路、实现方法和关键技术，主要内容为：1、对Web 信息系统的体系结构及动态访问数据库技术进行了详细的分析比较；2、对目前常见的几种数据库系统在性能方面进行了研究比较；3、在分析灌区组织机构和灌区管理工作业务流程基础上，对系统进行了总体分析与功能设计；4、研究了系统主要功能的实现方法，探讨了系统安全性问题；5、以疏勒河昌马灌区为例，进行了系统设计与开发，完成了“昌马灌区信息化管理系统”，并应用于管理实践中。通过对以上内容的研究，提出了基于Web 的灌区信息化管理系统的设计与技术开发方案；确定了系统的后台数据库系统并设计了系统的数据库组织方案；解决了系统开发过程中，权限设置，统计分析，数据审核等技术问题；基本完成了系统的开发工作并将之应用于“昌马灌区信息化管理系统”的建设之中。关键词：灌区，Web 信息系统，数据库，昌马灌区AbstractTheirrigationdistrictinformationmanagementisoneoftheimportantefficiency measurestoobtaintheoptimaloperationandtogetthegreatestbenefits.Toachievethe modernizationoftheirrigationdistrictmanagement,moreattentionshouldbepaidtomake fulluseoftheadvancedmethodsandtoolstorealizetheirrigationdistrictmodernization andautomation,includingthegathering,transmitting,storing,processingandanalyzingof theinformationwhichirrigationdistrictmanagementneeds.Therefore,withthemodern information technologysuchas networks anddatabase,establishingaweb-based information systemforirrigationdistrictmanagementtoefficientlymanagetheentire irrigationdistrictisofgreatpracticalsignificancetoimprovingtheirrigationdistrict management level.Thisthesisstudiesthedesignscheme,accomplishmentmethodandkeytechnologyof aweb-basedinformationsystemforirrigationdistrictmanagementindetail.Themain content can besummarized as follows:Makeadetailedanalysisonthearchitectureofwebinformationsystemand discuss several technologyfor dynamicallyaccessingdata from database;Carryoutacomparisonstudyofseveralcommondatabasemanagementsystems on the performance;Basedonanalyzingtheorganizationandbusinessprocessflowintheirrigation district management, makesystemanalysis and theoverall functional design;Researchtheimplementationmethodformainfunctioninsystemanddiscusson the issue ofthe system security;TakethedataofChangmairrigationdistrictinShuleheriverbasinasanexa
