AbstractWith the ever-accelerating pace of life and the rapid development of science and technology, people need more from mobile technology and mobile terminal devices. Therapid development of mobile technology，as well as the fast popularize of mobile terminaldevices makes these requirements technically possible. Mobile learning is a new mode of learning which extends existing learning system to the mobile terminal, aiming to make learners get rid of the limitation of time and space, so that independent learning could be carried out at anytime and anyplace.This article first introduces visual studio 2005, windows mobile platform and how to build the development environment, then discusses Custom control, MVC, Web Service, mobile image processing technology and other related technologies involved test system. At last, it introduces the overall structure and the specific design and implementation of the test system. On this basis, this article focuses on the analysis and design of the test system, starting from the demand analysis of the system, followed by the introduction of the overall structure, data storage method and the design of functional modules. The ultimate goal of this paper is the implementation of the system, which is introduced from three aspects: the data processing module realization, screen adaptive and interface display. At last, this article describes the test procedure and some problems of this system.The system uses visual studio 2005 as a development tool and is developed with C# language. The subject is stored with XML file and the communication with the clients is achieved using Web Service technology. Since the mobile terminal devices are resource-constrained, a reasonable system structure was designed.
