Research of Edge Position Control of Strip SteelBased on Pump Controlled Cylinder TechnologyABSTRACTThe paper takes thc EPC system of strip steel product line as research subject. The EPC electro-hydraulic servo system in a steel rolling line have disadvantages of big GCV and high failure rate,This paper presents a pump - speed controlling scheme that adopt AC synchronous servo motor to drivequantitative hydraulic pump. The scheme use high -performance servomotor to replace servo valves as control device in EPC servo system,By changing the servo motors positive and negative rotational speed and time,to control the movement direction ,speed and position of 也e rectification hydraulic cylinder.So it can not only reduce system heat and improve energy efficiency,but also it can reduce components number,reduce piping impact on the system,andstrengthen abilities of resisting pollution and improving reliability . There are two major works when building variable speed pump-control EPC system. They are designing scrvo motor speed control system and improving pump control hydrauJic loop.1n this paper ,research work cru丁ied out as follows:Firstly through consult a large number of domestic and foreign literature , summed up the EPC systems and p山np controlled cylinder technology,pumpcontrolled cylinder technology is applied in steel strip roJIing-getting control system(EPC) in order to overcome 出e disturbing in steel strip rolling-getting、飞.太原理工大学硕士研究生 学位论文process.Secondly the overall struc阳re of the EPC system is built and the component parameters are caJculated based on the performaoce req山rements.Thirdly throughoutstudying the systemstructure and performancecharacteristics that vector control commun ication pennaoent AC permanent magnet motor sp臼d controlled system,and modeling and simulation through simulation so白ware Simulink.
