优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 摘要 20 世纪末，关系营销逐步进入学者的研究视野，社会信任体系的研究也成 为该领域的焦点之一。在旅游行业，旅行社诚信的缺失导致旅游企业的恶性竞争， 逆向选择在一定程度上加剧了旅游市场的混乱。本文在此背景下，从博弈论的角 度对旅行社与利益相关者之间的信任关系进行研究，为旅行社建立信任体系提供 对策建议，为规范旅游市场管理、完善旅行社的信任体系具有理论和实践的双重 意义。文章具体内容如下： 本文通过对国内外关于旅行社信任问题的相关文献进行分析，对信任、博弈 及利益相关者等核心概念进行界定。在此基础上，构建旅行社信任体系的博弈模 型：分别分析了信息不对称条件下及信任条件下旅行社和利益相关者的博弈，构 建旅行社信任体系这一目标层的四个系统层，依次是旅行社信誉、旅行社客户关 系管理（CRM）、政府监管、旅游企业合作联营。其次，以郑州市旅行社为例，分 别对旅行社负责人进行访谈和对郑州市的组团游客进行问卷调查，用 SPSS16.0 软件对以上四个系统层细分的 26 项指标进行验证。 针对前面的博弈分析和实证研究，本文得出以下结论：（1）建立旅行社信任 体系，政府占主导地位。（2）提升旅行社服务质量，应始终围绕旅游者需求（3） 建立旅行社信誉机制，能加强旅行社的自律。（4）旅行社出团存在风险，组团社 和地接社合作联营亟需规范。文章指出，应通过 HYPERLINK \l _bookmark54 “加强制度建设，健全相关法律；  HYPERLINK \l _bookmark55 注重情感沟通，重视顾客管理；  HYPERLINK \l _bookmark56 追求诚信经营，提升服务质量；  HYPERLINK \l _bookmark57 强化风险管控，  HYPERLINK \l _bookmark57 加强伙伴合作”来构建旅行社信任体系。最后，提出本研究的创新、不足与展望。 关键词：博弈论；信任体系；利益相关者；旅行社 I Abstract The end of the 20th century, the relationship marketing has gradually entered the scholars research field, the research on social trust system has become one of the focuses of the field. In the tourism industry, the lack of good faith in travel agencies lead to a vicious competition of tourism enterprises，and adverse selection in a certain extent, increased confusion in the tourism market.
