In the national land renovation work, regulate land ownership adjustment has become a pressing matter of the moment. The community are aware of the importance and urgency of the adjustment of land ownership. Domestic and foreign scholars pay more and more attention to the research on the regulation of land ownership adjustment, on its connotation, significance and the adjustment of land ownership patterns, methods and so on, and has obtained certain achievement.
