优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 ABSTRACT Diesel engine is one of the main consumers of petroleum resources, and it is the main source of greenhouse gas emissions. Energy-saving research of diesel engine is of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction. About 30% of the energy generated by the combustion of fuel in diesel engine become waste heat and discharged from the exhaust, resulting in the waste of fuel and environmental pollution. Thermoelectric technology is a new energy conversion way that directly converts thermal energy into electric energy by using thermoelectric materials. This technology has a simple structure, high reliability and enormous potentiality in waste heat recovery of internal combustion engine. A detailed analysis of diesel engine exhausts characteristics and performance of semiconductor thermoelectric materials is included in this thesis. For the characteristics of the waste heat recovery in diesel engine and the narrow best working temperature range of thermoelectric materials, a segmented thermoelectric power generation system is proposed. Based on the basic thermoelectric effect and heat transfer theory, this thesis establishes the mathematical model of general and segmented thermoelectric unicouple using two kinds of thermoelectric materials--Bi2Te3 and CoSb3. Then the thesis calculates the output power and thermoelectric conversion efficiency under different conditions. And have a comparison of the performance between general and segmented thermoelectric unicouple. The results show that improving the maximum output power of the thermoelectric unicouple can be achieved by increasing the hot surface temperature, reducing the cold surface temperature, improving the convective heat transfer coefficient, shortening the length of the thermoelectric unicouple and increasing cross-sectional area. But the conversion efficiency cannot be increased by those conditions continuously. Changing cross-sectional area has no effect on the conver
