优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 摘 要 苏州作为首批中国历史文化名城和世界文化遗产“苏州古典园林”所在地，是传 统工商业城市、近代民族工业起源城市和当代工业发达城市，其工业文明对城市空间 形态和社会、经济、文化的形成发展都有巨大影响。本世纪初开始的古城保护和产业 调整留下了大批工业建筑和工业用地，它们不但见证了苏州工业发展的历程，也积淀 了深厚的地域历史文化，更是当前城市发展中不可再生的宝贵资源。然而近年来，这 类工业遗存正随着城市“退二进三”的步伐而快速消失。及时认定和保护有价值、体 现苏州城市特点的工业遗产，并加以合理利用，一方面有利于工业遗产保护和再利用 本身，另一方面对于留住城市记忆，提高古城文化和审美品位，延续历史文脉，发掘 场所精神，创造富有人文特色的城市肌理也具有重要意义。 本文首先研究城市特色与工业遗产本体，分析其内在关联性，并选择苏州古城外 城河以内区域(含外城河两侧)、胥江城区段、苏州运河段（宝带桥至觅渡桥段）为研 究范围，梳理工业发展脉络，关注不同时期的城市特征及工业特点，对工业地块现状 进行调查分析；其次，文中运用层次分析法构建重点反映工业遗产对城市特色贡献的 评价模型，结合苏州工业遗产定义完成工业遗产名单登录；再次，针对城市特点提出 苏州工业遗产的整体性保护、分层级保护和前瞻性保护，并强调非物质遗产的传承性 保护；最后，对苏州的不同工业遗产类型提出再利用策略和建议，并结合典型实例加 以说明。 论文主要有三方面的创新点：第一，提出苏州工业遗产的独特定义，包含普适性 定义和反映工业历史特点的相对性定义；第二，针对城市的快速发展，提出工业遗产 前瞻性保护的概念；第三，尝试探讨工业遗产保护和再利用对于苏州城市特色的作用。 全文约 70000 字，图表共 67 幅。 关键词：工业遗产 保护与再利用 评定 苏州 城市特色 苏州科技学院硕士学位论文 Abstract - II - Abstract Suzhou, as the place not only considered to be one of the first historical and cultural city in China but also owning Suzhou Classical Gardens which have already been listed in the world cultural heritage, is a traditional industry and commerce city, a city where the national industry are allowed to be developed in morden times and a city where the developed current industry exsits. Its industrical civilization has a huge influence on both the fomation and development of the city’s society, economy, culture and spatial form. The ancient city protection and the industrial restructuring in the early of this century left large quantities of industrial land and industrial architecture which not also witnessed the course of Suzhou’s industrial development, but also accumulated deep historical culture in this area.
