(1).Vocabulary 掌握词汇及短语: prefer 识别词汇及短语: lyric, dislike, gentle,. (2).Useful expressions: What kind of music do you like? I like music that I can sing along with. What about you? I prefer music that has great lyrics. 2. 过程与方法: 提出问题,探究交流,培养学生自学能力 Train students’ listening skills. Train students to express preferences. 3. 情感态度与价值观:Let’s enjoy music. It always brings us happiness. 二、教学重点、难点:Talk about different kinds of music and their own preferences (1). 重点:Attributive clauses (2). 难点:Useful expressions. 三、教材分析 定语从句是九年级课本第六单元的语法要点,是在1-5单元已经对该语法知识有所渗透的前提下安排的。本节课话题是让学生体会音乐在生活中无处不在,体会不同类型音乐的特点,学会热爱生活;能用简单的定语从句形式表述自己的观点。通过本节的学习,增强学生对复合句的理解,提高其对此句式的应用能力。 四、教学策略Learning Strategies 采用任务型语言教学,实施情境教学法、小组合作探究法、情感激励法。 五、教学工具 自制多媒体课件(PowerPoint);实物投影仪(A projector); 录音机(A tape recorder) 六.课时安排: 第一课时 教学过程: Period One 课前准备 教师:制作多媒体课件 学生:预习新单词:听录音机,模仿跟读新单词;对定语从句的知识进行预习;准备与本课有关的学习用品。 教学步骤 教师活动 学生活动 设计意图 情 境 引 学 Step One Warming up Greet the class. I like pop music/classical music/jazz music/country music/dance music, etc. And tell the reasons. 教师引出话题,带出任务,组织学生进行交流,学生通过谈论话题“What kind of music do you like?”引入新课题 .I prefer music that has great lyrics=I like music that has great lyrics better. 2.lyrics: the plural form is often used.
