摘要虚拟现实与触觉反馈技术的飞速发展与广泛应用,推动了社会各个方面 的革新与发展,基于触觉反馈的产品造型设计促进了新产品开发,所涉及的 基 于 触 觉 反 馈 的 虚 拟 切 割 方 法 引 起 了 广 大 研 究 者 的 重 视 。 本 课题 基于 PHANTOM Omni 触觉反馈设备及其系统开发工具包 ,进行三角形网格单元 模型的虚拟切割研究。在研究触觉反馈的虚拟切割 基本原理的基础上,构建基于触觉反馈的 虚 拟切割系统;设置虚拟切割系统的环境后,采用逆时针绘制方法,建立三角 形网格单元的立方体网格模型;对切割系统的三维数据的坐标变换矩阵以及 网格单元的法矢量进行研究。针对等与不等三角形单元的情况建立虚拟物体模型的方向包围盒,确定 包围盒的中心位置、长度等 属性;研究包围盒的碰撞检测条件及其判别公式, 并对碰撞检测判别公式的简化计算方法进行研究;基于 PHANTOM Omni 触 觉反馈设备与简化的碰撞检测判别公式,实现对碰撞网格节点的捕获。基于三角形网格单元,研究 从单元的边与顶点进行切割的方法,提出理 想与实际情况下的切割形式;基于网格节点搜索 提出三角形网格单元模型的四类切割路径规划算法,以及畸形切割的解决方法;编程实现斜率为无穷大、 零、正值与负值四类路径规划。研究虚拟切割工具的 几何模型简化方法,以及基于触觉反馈的 虚拟切割 发生条件的判别公式;依据规划的切割路径,提出 网格模型前后、顶底、左 右网格面三维重构的方法,并编程实现;基于触觉反馈进行虚拟切割影响因 素的分析。关键词:触觉反馈;三角形网格单元;碰撞检测;路径规划;虚拟切割AbstractThe rapid development and wide application of virtual reality and haptic feedback technology have promoted the innovation and development of all aspects of society. Product design based on haptic feedback has driven the development of new products, and the virtual cutting met hod based on haptic feedback has attracted the attention of many researchers.This paper researched the virtual cutting of triangular grid unit model based on the haptic feedback device PHANTOM Omni and its system development toolkit.On the foundation of the basic principles of virtual cutting based on haptic feedback, we build up the virtual cutting system; set the environment of virtual cutting system and build the cube mesh model of triangle mesh unit using the counter-clockwise drawing method; research the coordinate transformation matrix for 3D data of the cutting system, and study the normal vector of grid units.We create the oriented bounding box of virtual object model, and determine the properties of the bounding box such as center position and le ngth for the equivalent units and the ranging units; we stud y the detection condition of their collision, propose the discriminant formula, and summarize the simplif y calculation method for the formula; based on PHANTOM Omni and the simplified formula of colli
