OPTIMAI DESIGN OF TRAIN PIAN FOR INTERCITYPAS- SENGER TRAIN BASED ON EIASTIC DEMANDABSTRACTIntercityrail,ashortdistancewaylinedwithdenselypopulatedcity,iscomfortable,fast, andpopularwiththepassenger.Inordertoachieveawin-winsituationbetweentherailway authoritiesandpassengers,itis necessary to developa reasonable intercity train plan.Trainplanisthecoreofthepassengertrafficorganizationofpassengerdedicatedline, whichisalsoaconcentratedreflectionofrailway’scapacityofresourceallocationandutiliza- tion;itcanbetterreflectthebusinessstrategyandservicequalityofpassengertransport.Ef- fectivetrainplancanimprovethemarketcompetitivenessoftherailwaypassengertransport andfurtherenhancetheeconomicefficiencyofrailtransport.Therefore,thestudyofintercity trainplanisparticularlyimportant.Inthisthesis,wefirstlyfocusonthequalitativeanalysisofintercitypassengerincluding itspassengerflowvolume,constitute,stationandintervalthroughcapacity,trainfixednum- berandmarshallingservicefrequencyandcross-linepassengertrainintercitytrainsopening lineoftheprogramdesign.Proceedfrompassenger’sdemandandprofitofrailwayenterpris- es.Weputforwardthedesignprinciplesofpassengertrainplan:(1)theprincipleofconvince topassengers;(2)theprincipleoftheenhancementoftrain’sspeed;(3)theprincipleofthe improvementoftravel’scomfortable;(4)theprincipletomeetthebusterminalservice;(5)the principleofthereasonableassuranceastothetrainatfullrate.Besides,inordertolaythe foundationoftheforecastofpassengertrafficflowinreality,weanalyzetheinfluencingfac- torsofintercitypassengersandpointedoutthequalitativefactorsoftheforecastofthepas- sengerflow,quantitative,andfour-stageanalysis.What’smore,fromtherespectiveofthe impactfactorofpassengers’travelpurpose.Afterthefullyconsiderationofthegeneralpas- sengers’cost,weconstructadistributionmodelwhichisundertheelasticdemandofrailway flow.Thatis,toassignODpassengerstoanothertrainofthesameline.Thentheinter-city train constructed the elastic demandstartstheoptimizedbi-level model.
