AbstractPneumaticload-simulatorasanewly-styleload-simulatorisatypicalpassiveforce-servosystem.Whentherudderoftheaircraftismoveditwassufferedbytheairtorque.Pneumaticsystemistheloadingpartwhichpurposeistosimulatetheairtorque.Theactivemotionofrudderhadadisturbancetoloadingsystem,andtheextraforceappeared.Selectionofthepneumaticsystemastheloadingdevicecansignificantlyreducetheimpactofextraneousforce.however,becauseofthenonlinearofthepneumaticsystem,thepneumaticload-simulatorhasabadfrequencycharacteristic.thereforehowtoreducethephasedelayisthemainlyworkofthispaper.Themathmaticalmodelofthepneumaticsystemisbuilded,anditstransferfunctionwasobtainedbythemechanismmodel,thereasonofbadcharacteristicoftheloadsystemwasthestrongdisturbanceoftheactivemotionofrudder.thisdisturbanceleadstothechangesofpressureinthechamber,whicheventuallyleadstothephasedelayoftheforce.Toreducethedisturbance,thedynamicpressurefeedbackisrefered,andthetransferfunctionisobtainedaccordingtotheextraneousforceequaltothecompensativeforce.Themathmaticalmodelofthestervomotorisbuildedwithareasonablesetofparametersforsimulation.BasedonAMESimsoftware,theloadsystemwithrealrudderdrivingsystemwasbulided.Respectively,PIDandPID+dynamicpressurefeedbackcontrolmethodareusedforthesimulation.Itverifyeddynamaticpressurefeedbackcontrollervaildlyforreducingphasedelay,anddynamicpressurefeedbackisbetterthanPIDcontroller.kineticanalysisisappliedtothemechanicalstructureoftheloadsimulatorbytheAdams,anddifferentgapjoystickdisplacement,velocityandaccelerationcurvesareobtainedbyanalysingtheeffectsofthegap,andeventuallythespecificvalueofthegapisgetfortheexperiment.Designfortheservomotordynamiccharacteristicsatlowfrequenciesisconsidered,andtheinertiawheelistakentotheexperimenttoenhancethedynamiccharacteristicsofmotor.Thepneumaticload-simulatorexperimentsystemwasestablished,andMatlab/xpctargetwasusedforgettingsingalsandoutputcontrolinthissystem.Respectively,PIDandPID+dynamicpressurefeedbackcontrollermethodareusedfortheexperiment,anditverif
