AbstractWiththedrasticallycompetingofglobalizationmarket,theautomobileindustrydevelopstowardsmulti-varieties,short-cycle,individualityandflexibility.Formonitoringproductioncondition,processingeventthathappenedsuddenly,reducingtheproductioncostandManufacturingcycle,theManufacturingenterprisesmanagerstrytheirbestseekingmethodstosolvetheseproblems.TheManufacturingexecutionsystemwhichisbetweenplanninglayerandworkshopcontrollinglayercanenhancetheenterprise’sagilityandmanagementlevel,andistheimportantmethodofenhancingtheenterprisecompetition.Withthesupportofcomputertechnologyandthenetworkcommunication,theagileManufacturingexecutionsystemcanimprovetheinformationizationlevelofmanufacturingindustry.AndnotonlytheManufacturingexecutionsystemrealizestheinteractivecommunicationoftheworkshop,andmakethedirectionsaccordingtothereal-timeevent,butalsoitpromptlygainsandprocessestheextraneousinformation,makesthecorrectdecisionfortheworkshop.Afterthispaperanalyzesthecraftcharacteristicofautomobilecover’spunchingprocess,itcomparesthenatureofMESofprocessindustriesanddiscreteindustries,andanalyzesthetheory,theessentialtechnologyandthemodelingmethodsaboutagileMESinenterprise,elaboratesthemoduledivisionsandtheinformationflows,finallyitintroducestheMESthatbasedagilemanagementforasheetprocessingenterprise.Thissystemcontainsmetalmanagementmodule,theproductionplanmodule,theManufacturingexecutionmoduleandproductsstockmanagementmodule.Anditsolvestheinformationizationproblemofequipment,workers’informationintheworkshopandstorehousemanagement.Throughexecutingofthesystem,itisfoundedthatthesystemhadbasicallyachievedtheanticipatedtarget,andhadoptimizedthecontrollingoftheworkshop.Andtheprojecthasmadetheeffectiveexplorationfortheagilemanagementofworkshopandthedevelopmentdirectionoftheinformationizationofmanufacturingindustry.Keywords:ManufacturingExecutionSystemSheetProcessingAgileManagementJob-shopSchedulingReverseSupplyChainJavaEE目录摘要IIAbstractIII1绪言1.1课题的来源及课题研究的目的与意义11.2国内外研究状况及发展趋势11.3课题的主要研究内容42汽车覆盖
