AbstractImagesegmentationisdividinganinputimageintoanumberofcategoriesofthesamenatureaccordingtocertaincriteria,toextractthepartthepeopleareinterestedin,itisthebasisforimagefeatureextractionandrecognitionandimageanalysistounderstand.Commonlyusedmethodsofimagesegmentationarethresholdingmethod、edgedetectionmethod,regiongrowingmethod、fuzzyclusteringmethod,thesemethodshavetheirownadvantagesanddisadvantages,suitableforallimagesegmentationmethodhasnotbeenproposed.Amongthefuzzyclusteringimagesegmentationalgorithm,fuzzyC-meansimagesegmentationmethodisthemostrepresentative,theprincipleofthemethodissimpleandcanadaptiveiterativetogetfinalsegmentationresults,butthemethodalsohasobviousdefects,ontheonehand,theneedtopre-knowthenumberofcategoriesforimagesegmentationandforeachtypeofartificialclustercenter,ontheotherhand,itdoesnotconsiderthespatialinformationofthepixels,thatwithoutconsiderationoftheimpactofneighborhoodpixelsontheclassificationresults.TypicalthresholdingmethodsareOtsumethod、maximumentropymethod、minimumerrormethodandmaximumbetween-classmethod.TheOtsumethodonlyconsidersthedistancebetweenthetwocategories,withoutconsideringthedistancebetweentheclasses,althoughthenewthresholdsegmentationemergeinendlessly,butthechoiceofthresholdsisalwaysanunsolvedproblem.FocusonfuzzyC-meansimagesegmentationalgorithmconsideringspatialinformation,toimprovethefuzzyC-meansimagesegmentationalgorithmandtheOtsumethod,mainlyasfollows:proposeanewfuzzyC-meansimagesegmentationalgorithmusedMRF,MRFisagooddescriptionoftherelationshipbetweenpixelanditsneighboringpixelspoint.Thedefectsthatdoesnotconsiderspace-pixelcouldbeensolvedwiththenewmethod,atthesametimeaddedtheweightfactorαtheobjectivefunction,toadjusttheimpactweightoflocalneighborhoodpixelsinsegmentationresults.AnothermethodconsideringthepixelspatialinformationistojointhepenaltyterminFCMtargetfunction,grayvaluesofthepixelsanditsneighborpixelconstituteacertainofsequences,calculatethegraycorrelationdegreeofeachsequence,settheweightvalueofthepenaltyter
