基于模糊决策树的 HJ-1 影像海冰分类技术研究摘 要海冰灾害是我国主要的海洋自然灾害之一，给沿岸水产养殖、渔业生产、交 通运输、油气生产以及海岛居民的生产生活等带来了巨大影响。海冰冰型可以表 示海冰生成和发展过程的不同形式，可为反演海冰厚度提供参考值，为海冰预报 提供基础信息，使之能够更加准确地预报海冰灾害来临，实时监控灾情发展，为 灾害的防控提供强有力的支持。我国自主研发的“HJ-1”卫星，由于其波谱范围 与海冰的反射波谱范围一致，因此其图像非常适合进行海冰的灾害预报。但该类 图像目前仍主要依靠人工进行海冰冰型的图像解译，因而亟需研究海冰冰型自动 分类技术，以提高图像解译效率，推动海冰业务化监测的开展。本文结合北海分局预报中心的实际业务需求，综合利用灰度共生矩阵、聚类 分析、模糊决策树等方法，研究“HJ-1”卫星图像中海冰的自动分类技术，提出 了针对“HJ-1”卫星图像中海冰的自动分类算法。本文的主要研究内容包括以下 几个方面：（1）调研了海冰图像特征属性以及如何提取图像特征属性相关的理论知 识，重点研究了利用灰度共生矩阵方法对海冰图像进行特征提取。本文通过提取 海冰图像的有代表性的特征属性来构建了海冰冰型特征数据集。（2）使用聚类分析算法对海冰冰型分类数据集中的连续属性值进行离散 化，并利用聚类中心确定三角隶属度函数的各参数，从而完成对海冰冰型分类数 据集的模糊化处理，为之后的海冰分类模型的构建提供了数据基础。（3）将模糊化的海冰数据集分为训练集和测试集两部分，利用训练集和模 糊ID3算法构造海冰冰型分类决策树，利用测试集测试决策树的分类准确性，并 根据该决策树提取海冰冰型的分类规则。（4）结合北海预报中心的业务需求，开发了一套“HJ-1”卫星图像海冰自动 分类系统，该系统能够利用本文构造的海冰分类决策树模型对“HJ-1”海冰图像 中的海冰进行自动分类。关键词：海冰分类 灰度共生矩阵 模糊决策树 聚类 HJ-1 卫星RESEARCH ON CLASSIFICATION TECHNOLOGY OF HJ-1 IMAGE SEA ICE BASED ON FUZZY DECISION TREEABSTRACTSea ice disaster is one of the major marine natural disasters in China, which has a great impact on the coastal aquaculture, fishery production, transportation, oil and gas production and the production and life of the residents of the island.
