AbstractThescopeofthestudyaimedatthematchingrelationshipofthetangible resourcesandintangibleresources.Throughtotheresourcebasedview,utilitytheory, matchingtheoryreview,thestudycombedtherelationshipbetweenthevarious theories.Onthebasisofutilitytheoryofeconomics,weconstructthemeasurement functionmodelofresourcesinvestmentutility,andthenbasedonthein-depth analysisoftheutilityfunctionmodel,wefinallyconstructthematchmodelof tangibleresourcesandintangibleresources.Basedonthetargetanalysisofresources matchingmechanism,thestudyusestheresearchparadigmwhichcombineswithof qualitativeandquantitativeanalysis,normativeresearchandempiricalresearch,and thetrainofthoughtthattheoreticalbasisforsupport-resourceutilitymodel design-resourceutilitymetrics-resourcematchingmechanismanalysis-resources matchingmodeldesign-empiricaltest-modelevaluationtodeveloptheresearch.First ofall,theresearchdividedresourcesintotangibleresourcesandintangibleresources accordingtothecharacteristicsandcontentsofresources,andestablishedthe correspondingevaluationindexsystem.Thenbasedonutilitytheoryofeconomics, weapplyexponentialfunctionoffuzzymathematicstoconstructtheenterprise resourceutilitymeasurementmodel.Atlast,withthecombinationofenterprise resourceutilitymeasurement,thefurtherconstructionofthematchingmodelof tangibleresourcesandintangibleresourceswasbuilt,andwegetanalysisofresource matchingconditionthroughtothecomparationofutilityvaluesobtainedafterthe measurement ofenterprise resources investment.Invalidatingourmodeldesign’sfeasibilityandeffectiveness,weconducteda focusautomotiveindustrywiththreelistedcompanieswhichdatastobeusedverified themodel.Correspondingindexdatasmainlycollectfromthenationalbureauof statistics,corporateannualreportsoflistedcompanies,sharpdatabase,thePacific automotivenetwork,andtheprofessionalresearchunitwhichprovidetheinitialdata.
