teachers;theburnoutandthelivingconditionsoftheteachers;theburnoutandtheprofessional happiness ofthe teachers.Chapter2mainlysummarizesthedomesticandforeignscholars’literaturesfortheresearch of the burnout.Chapter3mainlysummarizestheprocedureofthisresearchandtheburnoutsurveyfor biologyteachersofthehighschool.Thesurveyshowsthat:theburnoutprevalentlyexistsinthe biologyteachersofJilinProvincehighschool.Andmostoftheteachersareinthemediumlevel oftheburnout.Theemotionoftheteachersexhausted,thelowsenseofachievementishigh,and personalizationisnotserious.Usingageasareferencefactor,thedevelopmentcharacteristicsof thebiologicalteachers’burnoutareasfollows:theburnoutappearseasilyinthethreestagesof thecareer,whichmeansthatisthe5yearsjuststeppingintothefacultyposition,duringthe periodofteachingagesare11-15 years and 21 years later.Chapter4mainlyanalyzesthereasonsofthejobburnoutforthehighschoolbiology teachers fromthree levels of teachers,schools,societyandorganization.Therearefourreasonsfortheteachersthemselves:theBurnout-typefactorexistsinthe personalcharacteristicsoftheteachers.Theteachingprofessionalfaithisnotstrong,thecareer expectations are too high.Therearethreereasonsfortheschoolsthemselves:thereisalackofhumancaringinthe school management.Teaching work is overloaded.The students are difficult to be managed.Therearethreereasonsforthesocietyandorganizations:awkwardrelationshipbetween teachersandparents.Thetreatmentforteachersislow.Theteacherscannotsuittothereformof the new curriculum.Chapter5mainlyproposesthecountermeasuresformitigatingthejobburnoutforthehigh school biology teachers fromthree levels ofsociety and organization, schools, teachers.Therearethreecountermeasuresforthesocietyandorganizationlevel:toimprovethe socialstatus andthetreatmentoftheteachers.Theimportanceshouldfocusontheprivateschool teachers.The local education department inchargeshouldcarryouteffectivework.Therearefivecountermeasuresfortheschoollevel:toimplementhumanisticmanagement.
