Since the reform and opening up, the county economy in Jilin Province has made considerable progress. However, due to the impact of the dual economic structure, the gap between industrial production and agricultural production and urban and rural areas is still large. Under the new situation, the agricultural economy of the county economy in the development process is facing many problems and challenges. That the proposed three-ization refers to the industrialization and urbanization and agricultural modernization. Promoting co-ordination of the three-ization means coordinate the promotion of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization. Promoting urbanization by Industrialization, and promoting agricultural modernization by urbanization, and resolving the problems in the process of industrialization and urbanization by urbanization. According to the division of the Administrative Region, 40 counties and cities in the Jilin Province are the objects in our research. By systematically analyzing the connotation of the three-ization co-ordination and using the composite index method, principal component analysis method and Analytic Hierarchy Process we measured the co-ordination level of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization in Jilin Province. By comparative analyzing the comprehensive ranking, industrialization ranking,urbanization rank, agricultural modernization rankings and the capacity of coordinating development of the top and last ten counties in the county three-ization co-ordination.
