國立陽明大學補助研究所優秀僑生獎學金審查核發作業原則 National Yang Ming University Governing Ratification of Outstanding Overseas Chinese Graduate Student Scholarship 971226學生事務會議討論通過 Passed by Student Affairs Meeting on December 26 2008. 1000603學生事務會議修正通過 Amended and Passed by Student Affairs Meeting on June 3 2011. 為落實補助研究所優秀之僑生如期完成學業，特訂定「國立陽明大學補助研究所優秀僑生獎學金審查核發作業原則」以下簡稱本作業原則。 National Yang Ming University Governing Ratification of Outstanding Overseas Chinese Graduate Student Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as the Guidelines) are promulgated in order to implement the subsidies for outstanding overseas Chinese graduate students to complete their studies in time. 本作業原則依據「教育部補助大學院設置研究所優秀僑生獎學金作業要點」 第三條訂定之。 The are based on Article 3 of Directions Governing MOE’s Subsidies for Universities to Implement Scholarship for Outstanding Overseas Chinese Graduate Students. 申請資格：Eligibility （一）依教育部「僑生回國就學及輔導辦法」來台就學之研究所僑生及依本辦法在台就讀大學部僑生自行考取本校各研究所之僑生。The overseas Chinese graduate students studying in Taiwan in accordance with the Regulations Regarding Study and Counseling Assistance for Overseas Chinese Students in Taiwan, MOE and the overseas Chinese students studying in the BA programs of NYMU admitted to the graduate institutes of NYMU, according to the Regulations. （二）在本校註冊具有正式學籍之研究所在學僑生，其上一學期學業平均成績80分（含）以上，操行成績甲等（含）以上，且未受申誡以上處分者。 Overseas Chinese students formally registered at the graduate institutes of NYMU, with the average grade of the previous semester 80 points (included) or above; conduct A (80 points) (included) or above; and without being admonished or punished. （三）已支領政府或學校提供之學雜費補助、減免或助學金者，不得重複申請本獎學金。Those having received aid for tuition and miscellaneous fees from the government or school, with tuition and miscellaneous fee exemption, or with grants cannot apply for the Scholarship. 四、補助名額：本獎學金名額每學期依據學校在學研究所僑生實際人數5人可申請補助1名，受理同學申請及辦理審查遴選作業，報請教育部核定。 Scholarship Quotas: Scholarship quotas are based on the actual number of overseas Chinese graduate students registering every semester.
