At the same time, civilization progress and the security of citizen require much more supervision and command in food safety. By reasons of past experiences and the development at home and aboard, it is necessary to built up a management system as good as it gets. The study from a legal point of view to study the legal aspects of food safety, government regulation is conducive to improving Chinas food safety supervision mechanism for the protection of Chinas food security, and social security is of great theoretical significance and innovation in policy decision-making reference value. This paper attempts by Chinas food safety supervision and legal responsibility of the main body of systematic research on such issues for Chinas food safety research and food safety supervision and legislation to provide theoretical support for national food safety regulatory agencies to make suggestions.
