As it set out in the document Practical teaching link should be strengthened for training students practical working ability and the aim to strength the practice teaching methods reform as an important content of the professional construction. Practice teaching is still a weak link of the talent cultivation in colleges and universities. In the future, Practice education is an important complement in colleges and it should link closely with the need of social demand. That is means as the reserve strength of high quality talents to elementary and middle-school teachers; higher normal universities are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges: they should not only take the responsibility of cultivation of creative teachers but also the teachers on-the-job training. There are many issues in front of the educators: how to make balance the two parts and develop the efficiency and effectiveness? How to adjust students training plan and improve teachers teaching skill training? How should the teachers emphasis more on the interactive classroom teaching skills(such as Such as creating problem situation guides the student to discuss interaction, etc ) than traditional teaching methods.A review of the current situation of teacher-student interaction in English classroom under the circumstance of modern technology development is introduced in the first part.
