AbstractThispapermainlyresearchesthesupplychainconsistedoftwosuppliersandasinglemanufacturer.Meanwhile,thedeliverytimeofthetwosuppliersisuncertainandstochastic.Thispaperemploystwomodelstostudytheoptimaldecisionofthetwosuppliersthoroughlyinthestaticenvironment.Onemodelisinthedeliverytimewindowsetting,theothermodelisinthe“FreshnessClause”setting.Andthispaperalsosolvestheproblemofsupplychaincoordinatedmechanisminthetwosettings.Firstly,thispaperintroducestheliteraturereviewsoftheSupplyChainManagement,SupplyChainCoordinationManagement,VMIandSupply-Hub,andpointsouttheshortcomingsofthepresentresearch.Secondly,thispaperaimstheassemblysystemastheresearchobject.Theconditionoftheassemblysystemisthatthedeliverytimeofthetwosuppliersisuncertainandstochastic.Thispaperbringsforththenewideaofthedeliverytimewindowmechanismandacoordinationmechanism.Theresulttellsthat,thedeliverytimewindowstrategycaneffectivelyreducethecostofsupplier,andthelongerthetimewindowis,thelowerthecostofsuppliersare,butasingledeliverytimewindowstrategycantcompletelyrealizetheentiresupplychaincoordination.Andthen,basedontheformerresearchofthedeliverytimewindowmechanism,thispapergivesanewpointof“FreshnessClause”mechanismbychangingthemethodofpaymentintheassemblysystem.Theresultshowsthat,ifthecostsofthesuppliers’deliverydelaypunishmentincrease,thepenaltymechanismcanrealizesupplychaincoordination.Finally,thepapersummarizestheresearchtheoryandthefutureresearchwherewecanmakesomemoreresearchprospects.Keywords:JITDeliveryTimeWindowFreshnessClausePenaltyCost目录摘要...............................................................................................................IAbstract...........................................................................................................II1绪论1.1课题来源与研究背景.............................................................................(1)1.2研究的意义和内容.................................................................................(2)1.3本文的主要创新之处.....................................
