摘 要近三十年来，随着经济的发展，房地产业的兴起带动了家居建材零售业的发 展。作为传统零售业的一分子，供应链管理的优劣因为对家居建材企业的运作效 率和利润有着极为重要的影响，这些企业的成功与否，与其供应链管理水平的高 低有着直接的联系。而且作为世界上最为引人注目的管理新思想之一，必须在供 应链管理上求新求变的思想在某些企业比如本文中的 TP 公司内部已经成为战略 发展的一个重要组成部分。本文首先探讨了供应链及其管理理论的确立和国内外不同学者的观点，根据 对建材零售业态发展的梳理，为全文打下理论基石。从第二章开始以 TP 公司的 供应链管理为例展开论述，主要阐述了为了适应激烈的市场竞争,公司在供应链 管理上所作的变革以及供应链管理模式的转变，TP 公司已经推出并重点发展的 全新供应链模式 Easy product supply, 其主要内容如预测管理，采购和订单管理， 库存管理等，展示了与类似企业在供应链有关环节上相同和不同的地方，分析了 公司供应链管理方面存在的若干问题，从而引出供应链优化的问题。在采购管理， 仓储和分拨中心的管理以及信息系统方面提出了优化的具体措施，希望可以给公 司目前的运作效率的改进带来一些思考，并真正地去实践，从而来检验使实施的 效果。关键词： 建材零售；供应链管理；采购；库存管理；信息系统IAbstractAccompanied with economic development in the past thirty years, the rise of real estate industry driven the development of home furnishing and building materials retail business. As a part of tradictional retail industry, The pros and cons of supply chain management shown a significant influence on the operation effeciency and margin of a Home building materials enterprises. The success of these enterprises, and its supply chain management level has a direct link.. And as one of the most striking new ideas in the world, the Innovation thought on supply chain management has become an important part of the development of strategy in some certain enterprise like Travis Perkins.This paper firstly discussed the establishment of supply chain and its management theory and the different views of domestic and foreign scholars. I have done a carding on building materials retail business development, then laid a theoretical foundation for the whole paper.From Chater two, taking the supply chain management of TP company as an examplethe to start the discussion. Mainlly elaborating that in order to adapt to the fierce market competition, the company had made changes on supply chain management and its mode. TP has introduced a renew supply chain mode named Easy Product Supply short for ESP and focused on its developments.
