II II Abstract With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy and the rising of knowledge management, the knowledge has become the important resources which the individuals construct core competitiveness and achieve sustainable competitive advantages by. It is difficult for individuals to realize the updating of knowledge and creation solely. So it is looking for partners and forming cooperation alliances that have become a tide and trendy. But the most of these researches are based on western social cultural backgrounds, ignoring the situation of a standard of the social relations and human ethic .And these conclusions don’t apply completely. So this paper will discuss further based on the social reality in china. In order to study the correlations between trust and knowledge sharing, this paper integrates the trust and knowledge sharing into the same framework with the literature research and the game analysis. Firstly, the paper make a specific analyze in view of the basic problem in the process of the knowledge sharing to clear the research question. Secondly, it summarizes the theories of trust and knowledge sharing: The paper comes up with the institution-based trust, cognition-based trust and affect-based trust of interpersonal network, based on strange relations, acquaintance relations and family relations; and puts forwards two stages of knowledge search and knowledge transfer, based on knowledge transfer directions. Once again, it definites variables and correlation assumptions, constructs evolutionary game model of individual knowledge sharing with evolutionary game theory and concludes the positive and negative correlations by analyzing the modeling. Lastly, taking seven variables as intermediary factor, it analyses that these trusts influences the two stages of knowledge sharing specifically by these factors.
